Take your favorite nuts in this case I'm using walnuts and sliced
almonds. You can use as many types as you want. I am using 1
pound of walnuts and 12 ounces of almonds.
Melt 1 1/2 sticks of butter on the stove. When fully melted place
the nut mixtures in the pan. Keep stirring so that you do not burn
the nuts. After the nuts are toasted and slightly golden. Sprinkle in
3/4 of a teaspoon of salt and 3/4 of a teaspoon of cinnamon, then
add 1 1/2 cups of Splenda. It's better to use Splenda then stevia
because stevia tends to give it more of a bitter taste in this dish .
Stir till fully mixed. About two min. Serving size 15
