     Homemade Hummus

Ingredients
1 can of chickpeas
1/4 tahini paste
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 garlic clove (or garlic powder works too)
1/4 tsp cumin
salt and pepper
 

Instructions
1. Drain beans; reserve water. 2. In a food processor or blender add beans and all the ingredients. 3. Process until smooth. 4. If mixture is too thick, add some of the reserved liquid from the beans to dilute to a desired consistency. 5. Serve at room temperature with pita bread and/or veggies -)
