Basic Whisked Dressing

Category		Sauces

Ingredients

	2 tspn apple cider vinegar
	3 tblspn evoo
	1/2 tsp sea salt
	pinch of pepper


Instructions


place in bowl and whisk together. Toss with about 6 c of greens ( 1 lb)








Serving Suggestions

you can replace the 2 tspn of vinegar with 1 tblsp lemon or lime juice and add fresh herbs and spices to mix it up.
