Ingredients
1 cup rice - raw or boiled
3/4 th cup udad dal
1/4 th cup chana dal
1/4/ th cup udad dal
3-4 red chillies
hing powder to sprinkle
salt to taste
 

Instructions
Soak all dals for 4-5 hours. Then grind coarsely with red chillies.
After grinding add little hing powder and salt.
Mix well and use to make adai. Don't add too much water while grinding.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with pickle.
