Ingredients
Rice - 2 cups
Udad dal - 1 cup
Salt to taste
 

Instructions
Soak overnight after washing. Soak separately. Grind udad dal first. Don't add too much water, just enough for mixer to turn freely. Then grind rice and pour in same vessel as udad dal.
Add salt. Mix well and make dosa. Keep outside to ferment a little.
