     Instant Pizza Crust

1 c sunflower seeds
1 c glax meal
2 tspn dried oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1 tspn minced garlic (about 1 clove)
2 tblspn olive oil
5 tblspn filtered water, plus extra if needed

place sunflower and flax meal, oregano, and salt in mixing bowl. toss to mix. add the garlic, olive oil, and water mix well. you can add another tblspn of water if needed to help batter stick together, but be careful not to add too much water so you dont get a mushy crust
for individual pizzas scoop 1/3 c lightly packed portions onto each of four serving dishes. press each into circle about 4 in in diameter with a raised edge around the circumference
or on a serving tray press the entire batter into one large pizza crust with a raised edge scoop on your favorite sauce, cheeze, and toppings
the crust will keep for 5 days in the fridge. an assembled pizza will keep for 1-2 days in the fridge depending on the freshness of the topping
