     Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
4 boxes of frozen chopped broccoli
2 cups mayo
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs
bread crumbs
butter
 
Instructions
Cook broccoli as directed on package. Mix broccoli, mayo, cheese, soup and eggs, salt and pepper.
Pour in a glass dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top and slice up to 1 stick of butter over the top.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
