     Praline French toast casserole

Ingredients
8 eggs
1 1/2 c. Half and half
1/3 c. Maple syrup
1/3 c. Light brown sugar
10 - 12 slices soft bread ( 1 inch thick)
TOPPING
1/2 c butter
 
1/2 c. Packed light brown sugars
2/3 c. Maple syrup
2 c. Chopped pecans

Instructions
Butter 9x13 casserole dish. Mix eggs, half and half, maple syrup, and sugar in a bowl. Place the bread slices in the dish and cover with egg mixture. Cover and let soak overnight In the refg. To make topping melt the butter and add sugar and syrup and cook 1-2 mins., then stir in pecans. Pour topping over bread/egg mixture and bake 350 for 44-55 mins. Cool 10 mins. Before serving.
