Ingredients
1 pkg. corn muffin mix (jiffy corn muffin mix works well)
1/2 c. Sour cream
2 beaten eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. Cream style corn
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. Oil
 
Instructions
Mix ingredients together and bake at 350 for 30 mins.
Serving Suggestions
Good corn bread.
