     Artichoke heart hot dip

Ingredients
2 glass jars artichoke hearts, packed in water
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. Mayo
Juice of 1 lemon
 

Instructions
Drain artichoke hearts and mash with a fork. Add other ingredients. Bake 350 for 30 mins.
Serving Suggestions
Serve hot with crackers.
