     Homemade sweet and spicy mustard

Ingredients
5 T. Dry mustard
1/2 c. Sugar
1 T. Flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. White cider vinegar
1 T. Margarine
1 dash red pepper
 

Instructions
Combine mustard , sugar, flour, salt and pepper in top of double boiler. Add eggs and vinegar blending thoroughly. Place over boiling water. Cook - stirring constantly until thick. Add margarine and stir until melted. Cover and store in jar in ref.
Serving Suggestions
Good spicy mustard. Rosemary Carnely gave me this recipe. She made it as a gift for bunko.
