     Strawberry/ cheese ring

Ingredients
1 lb. Colby cheese
1 c. Mayo
1 c. Pecans, chopped
1 small onion grated
Dash of black pepper
1 small jar preserves - strawberry
 
Instructions
Mix all ingredients with your hands ( not preserves). Form into a ring. Put strawberry preserves in center.
Serving Suggestions
I love this cheese ring. Serve with crackers.
