     Asian Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 1/2 Pounds Round Steak - cut into pieces
2 Cups Hot Cooked Brown Rice
2 Cups Frozen Asian Style Vegetables
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon Honey
2 Tablespoons Teriyaki Glaze
1 Tablespoon Corn Starch
1/2 Cup Beef Broth
 
Instructions
In large skillet or wok brown beef 5 minutes in a little olive oil. Add veggies, soy sauce, honey, and teriyaki. Stir 3-5 minutes more.
Stir corn starch into beef broth. Pour over meat and veggies, stir until slightly thickened.
Serve over hot cooked rice.
