     PuPu Korean Chicken

5 lb. chicken wings or drumets
1 1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup soy sauce
6 T. brown sugar
garlic (minced)
ginger root (grated)
chili pepper (minced)
green onion (minced)

Boil chicken in mixture of flour, salt & pepper.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Deep fry chicken wings. Dip hot chicken into sauce mixture. Let drain on paper towel.
Sauce Mixture: Mix soy sauce, sugar and 1 piece of garlic, ginger root, chili pepper and green onion.
