Squeeze extra water from Spinach. In a bowl combine sour cream, Miracle Whip, soupmix, water chestnuts, spinach and onions. Mix well. Scoop out large hollow through the top of bread loaf. Fill with dip. Cut bread from hollow and serve around dip on a platter.
