     Lemon Shrimp and Arugula Pasta

8 oz. precooked Linguini
2 Tb olive oil
1 tsp lemon zest
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 Tb garlic chopped
3 Tb red onion chopped
10 raw large shrimp
2 Tb parsley chopped
2m handfuls arugula
pinch of red pepper flakes
handful of chopped green onions
1 Tb lemon juice

Coat a saute pan with a drizzle of olive oil and toss in red onions and cook for about 1 minute while onions are sauteing zest lemon into the 2 tbsp of olive oil add shrimp, lemon juice, garlic and red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to pan when shrimp is cooked through (about 1-2 minutes per side) add cooked spaghetti and arugula add the olive oil and lemon zest mixture saute until everything is hot and arugula is wilted divide between 2 plates and garnish with parsley and green onions
