Coat a saute pan with a drizzle of olive oil and toss in red
onions and cook for about 1 minute
while onions are sauteing zest lemon into the 2 tbsp of olive oil
add shrimp, lemon juice, garlic and red pepper flakes, salt, and
pepper to pan
when shrimp is cooked through (about 1-2 minutes per side) add
cooked spaghetti and arugula
add the olive oil and lemon zest mixture
saute until everything is hot and arugula is wilted
divide between 2 plates and garnish with parsley and green onions
