     Fluffy Jello Desert

Ingredients
1 Large box of cherry flavoured jello
1 Block of Philadelphia cream cheese
1 Can of crushed pineapple
1 Can of evaporated milk
 
Instructions
Drain the juice from pineapple Put the evaporated milk in fridge - all day Put drained pineapple into soup pan - on medium heat - add the jello mix, keep stirring till it dissolves Break up Philadelphia into small pieces and then stir till until it melts Put to the side
Get a big mixing bowl - electric hand mixer - put on high - pout evaporated milk into the bowl (cold) - whip until it fills bowl half way (at least half bowl) Then add hot mix into fold - whip it in and fold till blended Put it in cake pan - then into fridge (13x9) pan
When it sets - decorate with mandarin orange in a row - let it set for a few hours - Finally cut into squares
