     LOIS' SPAGHETTI SAUCE

Ingredients
2 lbs. ground beef
2 med sized onions (chopped) in processor
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. salt and pepper mix together and brown
Add this to large pot
1 carrot left whole
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated cheese
1- 28 oz. tin tomatoes
 
2- 20 oz. tins of tomato juice
1- 13 oz. tin of tomato paste
1 green pepper chopped in processor
1 small bottle of olives- chopped in processor
put all seasonings in cheese cloth doubled and tied
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning 1/2 tsp cayenne
2 tsp. tyme 1/4 tsp. chili powder 5 bay leaves
2 tsp. of italien seasoning 1tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp peppercorns 1/2 tsp marjoram 1/2 tsp curry powder

Instructions
Bring to a boil. Let simmer for 4-5 hours
