     Philly Pound Cake

Ingredients
3/4 Cup parkay Marg
1 8 oz Cream Cheese
1 1/2 C Sugar
1 1/2 T Vanilla
4 Eggs
2 C. sifted Cake Flour
1 1/2 t Confectioners Sugar
 

Instructions
Throughly blend Marg, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, add eggs, one at time mixing well after each one. Gradually add flour sifted with baking poder pour into waxed paper lined 9x5 loaf pan. Bake at 325 1hour 10 min. Let stand 5 min turn out of pan and cool. Sprinkle with confectioner sugar.
