     Stuffed Pasta Shells

Pasta Shells (16oz)
Newmans Sockarooni Spaghetti Sauce (24oz)
Cottage Cheese
Grated Parmesan Cheese-Shredded Italian Cheese
Shredded Italian Cheese (sprinkled)
Parsley Flakes (4T)

Boil pasta shells approximately 6 to 8 min. Note- Do not cook shells all the way, if they are too soft they will tear. Rinse with cool water and seperate them so they don't stick together.
Mix together equal parts cottage cheese and parmesan cheese and add 4 T. parsley flakes. Spread layer of spaghetti sauce on bottom of sprayed pan.
Stuff shells and place in pan. Spoon sauce over top of shells Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 for approx. 30 min.
Use two 8x8 pans or one large pan. Can 'half' the recipe to make a smaller portion size, use 8x8 pan.
