1- Preheat oven to 400 F
2- Chop sweet potato into 2 cm slices.
3- Mix slices in bowl with garlic and spices.
4- Spread on baking tray in a single layer.
5- Bake for 30 minutes (turn potatoes over halfway through) until
sweet potato is soft.
