Combine crushed graham crackers, butter, 1 cup peanut butter, and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth and press into buttered 9x13 pan.
Topping- melt choc chips and 1/3 cup peanut butter together and spread on top of bars. Refigerate and cut into bars.
