Cook and seasonn chicken with salt and pepper. Boil, back, steam, or fry. Chop and set aside. Cook the broccoli, steam or boil. Leave in spears or large florets. Saute onion and garlic until slightly soft. About 3 to 5 minutes. Mix can of cream of chicken soup with the water. Layer in a 9x13 inch pan as follows- Chopped chicken, broccoli, onion and garlic, soup mixture, salt and pepper, and cheddar cheese. Additionally you can add toasted bread crumbs on top of the cheese if desired. Bake and 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
