     Rhubarb Dessert

Ingredients
1/2 c. shortening
2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
6 c. rhubarb, diced
1 (3oz) pkg strawberry Jello
 
Crumble-
3 Tbsp butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
Instructions
Mix first 5 ingredients together like pie crust. Add milk and egg. Place in greased 9x13 pan. Spread over bottom and up sides. Pour diced rhubarb in crust and sprinkle dry jello over rhubarb. Mix together crumble ingredients and sprinkle over rhubarb. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
