1(8 Ounce) Package 1/3 Less Fat Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 Cup Nonfat Plain Yogurt
1/4 Cup Light Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Cilantro
1 1/2 Teaspoon Lime Juice
1/2 Teaspoon Hot Sauce
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/3 Cup Chopped Jarred Roasted Red Bell Peppers
2 Tablespoons Finely Chopped Green Onions
Instructions
Process the first seven ingredients in a food processor for 30 to 45 seconds or until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides. Stir in red peppers and green onions. Cover and shill for one hour. Serve with freshly sliced squash.
