     Quinoa w/ Spicy Brown Mustard

Ingredients
2 cups cooked red Quinoa
1 red bell pepper (chopped)
1/2 purple onion (chopped)
sea salt (to taste)
spicy brown mustard (to taste)
1-2 tbsp oil (olive, grapseed, etc.)
 

Instructions
Cook quinoa(1 cup quinoa to 2 cups water)and let cool to room temperature then place in refirgerator.
Chop red bell pepper & purple onnion. Add to cooled quinoa.
Mix oil, spicy brown mustard, and sea salt to taste.
Serving Suggestions
Serve chilled. Store in refrigerator.
