     Creamy Avocado Pasta

Ingredients
Whole Wheat Spaghetti (or spaghetti squash)
2 garlic cloves
sea salt
1 tbsp olive oil
1 large avocado
2 tbsp lemon juice (or more to taste)
 
Instructions
Cook spaghetti (or spaghetti squash. Reserve some pasta water for sauce.
In a food processor - combine avocado, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic. Add pasta water (or water) to thin sauce to deisred consistency.
Pour sauce over pasta and enjoy!
