     French Fried Pork Chops

Ingredients
Thin sliced pork chops
1 egg
French fried onions
Salt & pepper
 

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Crush the french fried onions in a bowl into small, fine pieces. Season with salt & pepper. Scramble 1 egg in a bowl and dip each chop in the egg, and then in the chopped onion. If you have enough onion left over, coat the other side of the chops. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
