     Charmoula Sauce

Ingredients
2 clove garlic
1/2 c cilantro
1/2 c parsely
1/4 c olive oil
1/4 c lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cummin
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tp pepper
 
pinch cayenne pepper
Instructions
Toss into a food processor and puree. Use as garnish for Moroccan Veg Soup or erve with chicken or fish. can be frozen with good success.
