     Cheese and Rice Bake

Ingredients
1 cup cheese (cut up) (WIC food)
2 cups cooked rice (WIC food)
3 eggs, beaten (WIC food)
1 cup milk (WIC food)
2 Tbsp margarine
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease 8x8 baking pan. Put cooked rice in a bowl, add cheese and stir. In separate bowl, add milk to eggs and stir. Pour egg mixture over rice and stir. Pour rice mixture into pan. Cut margarine in small pieces and sprinkle on top of rice. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
