     Rhubarb Crunch

Ingredients
A. 1 cup brown sugar
1 cup sifted flour
3/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup melted fat
1 tsp. cinnamon opt
B. 4 cups diced rhubarb
C. 1 cup sugar
2 T. cornstarch
1 cup water
 
1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions
Thoroughly mix A ingredients and press half this mixture into greased pan (9 x 9). Cover with 4 cups rhubarb. Combine sugar and cornstarch, stir in water (C). Cook till clear and add vanilla. Pour over rhubarb. Top with remaining crumbs and bake. Serve with cream as a dessert.
