Brown hamburger, onion, garlic and green pepper. Add 1 1/2 cups water (include reserved juices), soy sauce and molasses. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes.
Blend cornstarch and cold water, add gradually to meat mixture. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Add wild rice, mushrooms and green beans. Heat through, or place in oven at 325 F until heated through.
Serve with additional soy sauce on the table.
Variations- 1/4 inch chunks of celery; slivered almonds; French fried onion rings(for toppings). I usually add extra wild rice.
