Mix dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder.
Add 3/4 cup water and oil.
Stir until it forms a ball. If dough is stiff, add more water.
Alternatively, if dough is too sticky, add more flour.
The dough should be soft, not sticky. Knead on a floured surface
for 3-4 minutes.
Add pizza sauce, cheese and whatever other toppings and then
bake at 400°F for 15-25 minutes.
This recipe makes a lot of dough. If you're making it for one
person, it would probably be best to half the ingredients. You
could also make the whole thing and freeze the extra dough.
