4 medium zucchini (WIC food), washed and sliced into 1/4 slices
1/2 tablespoon fresh basil or 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
Instructions
In a large skillet, heat oil and garlic on medium heat for 30 seconds. Add zucchini and stir. Saute' 5 or 6 minutes until zucchini is just crisp-tender. Top with basil.
