Wash sweet potatoes. Do not peel. Puncture a few times with a fork. Place on paper towel. Microwave for approximately 6 to 8 mins, depending on the size. Turn over the sweet potatoes and microwave for another 6 to 8 mins. Let stand for a minutes after cooking. Very carefully, cut a slit in the top of each sweet
potatoe and sprinkle with cinnamon.
