-In a sauce pan, add the butter, milk, and water. On medium heat, bring it to a boil.
-Add the flour, sugar, and salt into a mixing bowl and mix well.
-When the milk mixture is boiling take it off the stove and add the flour mixture while still hot.
-Stir until its warm and not hot and stir until its all combined. [You can test the hotness by using the back of your fingers or else eggs will cook and not mix]

-Add an egg 1 at a time making sure the pastry absorbs the egg throughly. [If the pastry dough does not absorb the egg throughly before adding another egg, the pastry will turn liquidy and will not turn out right]
-After the egg is mixed throughly, add another egg and repeat the steps.

-[You can use a disposable pastry bag or ziploc bag]; Add the pastry dough into the bag and cut a hole in the corner of the bag.
-On a peice of parchment paper, sqeeze the pastry out slowly into a form of a O, about 2 inches wide and pull away. [You know you did it right if it looks like a whip]
-Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees.
-Add the tray of Profiterole pastry in the oven for 20 minutes and change it to 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
