Steam the cauliflower until it's tender. Drain, add
salt and pepper, and use a potato masher to mash it
fine. Put into a baking dish, I use a 9X5X3 inch
pyrex dish. Use the back of a spoon to make a level
surface.
Sprinkle with chili flakes and paprika, then with
bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or so until
well heated.
I like to cut slices, although it doesn't hold
together real well. A great side dish.
