1 Cup butter
|

1 Cup white sugar
|

1 Cup brown sugar
|

1 tsp. vanilla
|
|
1 Cup Libby's easy pumpkin pie mix (already has all the spices)

3 Cups flour
|
|
2 tsp. baking soda
|
|
1/2 tsp. salt
|
|
2 Cups chocolate chips
|

Instructions |

|
Preheat oven to 350.
Beat butter to smooth, beat in sugars til fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add vanilla and pumpkin.

Mix flour, baking soda and salt seperately, then fold in in 1/3s. Hand stir in chips in the end.
|
|
|
Scoup out onto baking pan, bake 18 minutes in Denver (higher elevation takes more time), 12-15 at sea level.
