Brown meat and drain. Add next 6 ingredients and simmer uncovered till thicken about 30 min. Stirring occasionally.
Cook noddles in boiling water till tender and drain.
Mix cottage cheese with next 5 ingredients.
Place layer of noddles in 13x9x2 pan, spread half cheese mixture, add beef mozarilla, add half meat. Repeat layering. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Let stand 10-15 minutes before eating.
