1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
1 (2 ounce) jar diced pimentos, drained
1 garlic clove, minced
chopped tomatoes, garnish (optional)
chopped green onions, garnish (optional)
Instructions
1.Preheat oven to 350°.
2.Mix all ingredients together.
3.Place mixture in a pie pan.
4.Bake 20- 25 minutes or until slightly browned.
5.If you like top with tomatoes and green onions.
6.Serve with pita bread, bagel toast, crackers or even tortilla chips.
