1 large pizza crust, refrigerated roll-out dough OR pre-bake shell
1 can (8oz) pizza sauce
1 cup broccoli, chopped (WIC food)
1 cup carrots (2 large carrots), shredded (WIC food)
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded (WIC food)
May add 1/2 up green pepper (WIC food) for variation
Instructions
Put pizza shell on baking sheet. Spoon pizza sauce on crust. Arrange vegetables over sauce. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake according to crust directions. Let pizza cool for 3 minutes before slicing.
