8-10 potatoes skinned and thinly sliced (enough to fill a 13X9 inch dish 3/4 full)
1 quart of heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Cover the bottom of baking dish with a thin coat of
whipping cream and then place a layer of potatoes on
top. Then sprinkle with cheese and season with salt
and pepper. Repeat layers until all ingredients have
been used up. End with the cheese
Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
