     Cream Cheese-Sausage Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb. pork sausage
8 oz.cream cheese
2 (8 oz.) cans of crescent rolls
 

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease the bottom of a 9x11 baking dish.
Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until it begins to brown; drain. Stir the cream cheese into the cooked sausage.
Roll the dough from one can of crescent rolls into the bottom of the dish. Bake in the oven for 5 min. Pour the sausage mixture on the baked rolls, lay the rest of the rolls on the top. Bake in the oven for 8 min. or until the rolls on top are golden brown. Top with poppy seeds and/or dip in yellow mustard.
