Saltine Crackers (enough to cover a cookie sheet)
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter
1 bag of chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and spray the foil with non-stick spray. Then put a single layer of saltine crackers on the cookie sheet, try to cover it completely. Mix 1 cup brown sugar and 1 cup butter in a saucepan. Bring to a boil
and boil for 3 minutes. Pour mixture over the crackers covering them completely.
Bake at 350 degrees for 4 minutes. After you pull the brown sugar-crackers out of the oven, sprinkle one bag of chocolate chips on top and let them melt. Use a knife or spatula to evenly spread the melted chocolate. Put in the freezer until completely cooled (2 hours??). Take it out and carefully peel off the foil and break into pieces.
