In a dutch oven cook bacon until brown and crisp. Remove bacon and set aside. Add onion to bacon drippings cook 3-4 min till softened. Stir in flour untill smooth and bubbly about 1 min. Stir in chicken broth potatoe sage and pepper.. Cover and continue cooking till potatoes are fork tender 15 - 20 min. Add all remaining ingredients except bacon. Continue cooking till heated through about 6-8 min. Garnih each serving with bacon.
