     Chicken and Corn Chowder

Ingredients
6 slice bacon cut in 1 inch pcs.
1 med onion chopped
3 T flour
3 c chicken broth
4 potatoes cut in 6ths.
1 tsp dried sage leaves
1/4 tsp pepper
2 c cubed 1 inch pcs cooked chicken
2 c milk
 
1 10 oz pkg frozen corn

Instructions
In a dutch oven cook bacon until brown and crisp. Remove bacon and set aside. Add onion to bacon drippings cook 3-4 min till softened. Stir in flour untill smooth and bubbly about 1 min. Stir in chicken broth potatoe sage and pepper.. Cover and continue cooking till potatoes are fork tender 15 - 20 min. Add all remaining ingredients except bacon. Continue cooking till heated through about 6-8 min. Garnih each serving with bacon.
I add 1 sm diced carrot and 1 rib of celery diced with the potatoes.
