     Fruit and Nut Crunchies

Ingredients
2 cups Flour
1 cup of dried fruit
1 cup coconut flakes
1 cup of seeds
pinch salt
250 grams butter
1 beaten egg
2 ml almond essence
5 ml Bicarb in a little milk
 
half a cup nuts
1 and a half cup sugar
2 Tablespoons syrup or honey
5 ml vanilla essence
1 cup oats

Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 C. Mix dry ingredients. Melt butter with honey or syrup. Add egg, vanilla and etc.
Press into baking tin. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 C
