|
dissolve gelatin in boiling water. measure 3/4 cup of gelatin
|
|
|
add applsauce and cinnamon. pour into individual dessert glasses or serving bowl. chill until set but not firm.

|
|
chill remaining gelatin until slightly thickened. blend in yogurt. spoon over gelatin in glasses
|
|
|
chill until set, about 2 hours. garnish with additional yogurt and mint leaves, if desired
