Dissolve yeast in milk in large bowl. Add the rest
of the ingredients; mix well. Refrigerate
overnight. Next day, divide dough into 3 pieces.
Roll each piece into a circular shape.
Mix 1 1/2 C. sugar, 1 tsp. cinnamon, and 1 C. ground
nuts. Take about 1/3 of this mixture and spread
onto dough. Cut into pie-shaped wedges. Roll from
outer edges. You may brush with beaten egg white
and sprinkle on more cinnamon-nut mixture.
Bake on a greased cookie sheet at 350 degrees, for
20-30 minutes.

Suggestions
For variety, fill with jam, raisins, ground choco-bits, etc.
