     Brazil Nut Bread Pudding

Ingredients
1 loaf of bread, sliced and buttered
1 cup of brazil nuts
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp vanilla
3 cups of whipping cream
 

Instructions
Arrange buttered bread in baking dish.
Beat eggs. Add sugar, vanilla, and cream. Pour over bread. Top with Brazil nuts.
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
