     Spicy Buffalo Chicken Dip

Category   Appetizers
Sub Category   Gameday-Tailgate
Preptime   15 minutes

Ingredients
4 large chicken breasts
1-16oz bottle Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
1-20oz bottle of Franks Red Hot Sauce
1-8oz rectangle of cream cheese
1-bag Monterrey Jack cheese

Instructions
Cook and then shred/chop the chicken into bite size pieces. Pour the Franks Red Hot Sauce over the chicken and stir. In a sauce pan, combine the cream cheese and ranch dressing and stir over low heat until smooth. Pour the ranch mixture over the chicken mixtures and stir to combine. At this point put the mixture in a crockpot and put the Monterrey Jack Cheese on top. You may also put the mixture in a 9x13 pan, top with the Monterrey Jack Cheese and heat in the stove until the cheese is melted. Serve with celery and or chips. NOTE- I have used the Low Fat ranch and cream cheese and it tastes the same. Also, I never use canned chicken, fresh or frozen chicken breasts or a rotisserie chicken work the best for flavor. Also works great on pizza crust!
